Not only did he advise me to contact Ackerman Security, he followed up with me on the same day to determine the outcome of the call. I have informed him, that I was thoroughly pleased with the level of service I received from Ackerman Security. From the courteous agent who answered my call, to the kind e-mail reminder about a scheduled service call, and above all, the professional, caring service tech, John Robinson who arrived as scheduled, at my home. He not only repaired the worn contact, he followed through by checking to make certain that the repair worked. I certainly do hope that this e-mail gets to the managers of both John Norris, Salesman, and John Robinson, Service Tech, and into their HR files as well.
